Implementan el cuarto tramo del Módulo Corporativo Civil de Litigación Oral de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Lambayeque, en órganos jurisdiccionales de las sedes de San Ignacio y Cutervo

Resumen

Expande el Módulo Corporativo Civil de Litigación Oral a los Juzgados Civiles y de Paz Letrado de San Ignacio y Cutervo en Lambayeque. Rige a partir del 19 de junio de 2026 conforme a protocolos y reglamentos vigentes de oralidad civil.

Magistrados y personal de los juzgados de San Ignacio y Cutervo: adecuarse a normas de litigación oral (RM N° 482-2023-CE-PJ y RM N° 000426-2025-CE-PJ) desde la fecha de vigencia indicada.
