Resumen

Reubica la Sala Civil Mixta Transitoria del distrito de Independencia hacia Puno con competencia en materias civil, contencioso administrativo laboral y previsional, y nueva ley procesal del trabajo. Rige del 1 de agosto al 31 de diciembre de 2026.

A quién impacta

Salas permanentes de Puno deben redistribuir hasta 400 expedientes en trámite hacia la sala transitoria e informar a la Comisión Nacional de Productividad Judicial dentro de 30 días posteriores a su entrada en funcionamiento.
